Martin Kerrigan is the principal solicitor of Kerrigan Solicitors.
A native of Claregalway, County Galway, Martin completed his legal studies in Galway before training with a busy Galway city law firm with a strong focus on civil litigation and personal injury law.

Since qualifying as a solicitor, Martin has built extensive experience in medical negligence litigation, personal injury claims, and professional negligence cases. He has acted for clients throughout Ireland across a broad range of complex and high-value claims and has been involved in many significant and high-profile cases.

Martin has spent his legal career working exclusively in litigation and dispute resolution. He regularly advises clients in relation to road traffic accident claims, workplace accident claims, slip and fall accidents, trip and fall accidents, defective product claims, and other personal injury matters.

He also has substantial experience representing clients before the Personal Injuries Resolution Board (formerly PIAB) and guiding injured parties through all stages of the claims process.
